These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Finx accounting and invoicing platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Email & acceptable use
The Service lets you email business documents (such as invoices and estimates) to recipients you specify. You agree to send only to recipients with whom you have a genuine business relationship and who expect to receive these documents. You will not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or any unlawful, deceptive or harmful content. We may suspend sending if these terms are violated.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
Availability & changes
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" without warranties. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finx is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
